This weekend I attended a Training for Fat Loss Course on Saturday, which after trialing all the above in multiple training systems left me as a student of the Ministry of Funny Walks! It was very informative though and I can't wait to introduce the new techniques to my clients! On Sunday we attempted a little walk after a lie-in but we cut it short due to my smashed legs. Nevertheless, I did manage to pick up a new Fitbit, a brunch in Lucky Fox and a coffee at Forge Dam Café. Successful weekend in my opinion.
